Channel Manager

The channel manager can be though of as a mixer, it decides (with the help of Channel Providers) what the actual DMX output should be.

It holds all the Channels that have been set up.

The Channel manager holds a grand master value. Every intensity output is scaled through this grand master value. It also control the blackout functions which zero the output of every channel.
